In order to keep our clients and artist safe during the COVID-19 outbreak and recovery, the following new procedures will be implemeneted within the studio.
Update 6/3/2021: Due to improved conditions within the town and county a few of our protocols will be relaxed. They are as follows:
1. clients may be accompanied by not more than one additional person. This person is expected to follow the rules of the studio and remain in the studio for the duration of the session. 2. masks are optional as long as clients are vaccinated and 2 weeks out from their last dose. All unvaccinated clients are still expected to wear masks. proof of vaccination should be shown prior to appointments. (i always wore a mask during sessions prior to the pandemic and shall continue to do so, i am also fully vaccinated). surgical masks will be made available if needed. 3. our lobby area is now open again!
As conditions continue to improve we will gradually continue to relax our policies. please read below for all other covid protocols. thank you so much for your patience and participation in keeping our studio a safe and healthy place.
For Clients: -Clients are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth before entering the studio. -Clients will be required to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the studio. -There will be a designated cart to hold any personal belongings. -Only one person will be permitted in the studio at a time, and there will no longer be a usable waiting room area. -Clients will need to answer a travel and symptom questionnaire before filling out a release waiver. -Our waiting area is not open for use, please mind the markings on the floor, showing the area off limits to clients.
***If you have had any symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of taste/smell, or other symptoms you feel could be related to COVID-19, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you have come into contact with any persons showing symptoms, or whom have had a known positive exposure, you will need to reschedule.***
The StudiO: In addition to our existing health and safety protocols for tattoo procedures, these new protocols will also be put into place for client and artist, safety and wellness.
-All commonly used surfaces by clients, such as door handles, countertops, pens, clipboards, cart, etc. will be wiped down before and after each client with Sani-Cloth AF3 wipes. Sani-cloth AF3 is a germicidal disposable wipe effective against microorganisms with a 3 minute kill time. -A PDI Sani-Hands instant hand sanitizing wipe and hand sanitizer will be provided to each client upon entering/exiting the studio, as well as directives to a hand washing sink. -Touch-less soap dispensers have been added into the studio. -A new air filter/purifier has been added to aid in air circulation and purification. -Additional touch-less payment options such as Venmo will be accepted.
These measures are in place to help mitigate the spread and potential exposure to COVID-19. These new guidelines for clients and the studio will be strictly enforced without any leniency.
